CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS

ALOHA AND WELCOME TO YOUR CLUBHOUSE!

The clubhouse, pool and tennis court are community assets that provide a unique and wonderful benefit for all SDCA members, at no additional fee. The improvements and maintenance of these facilities are funded by the annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Assessment. Enjoy!

RESERVING THE CLUBHOUSE FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE

The Clubhouse may be reserved by any SDCA homeowner from 7:00am – 10:00pm, seven days a week. In order to enjoy the exclusive use of the clubhouse, reservations are required. Please note: the pool, tennis court and restrooms remain open for the community enjoyment. As an owner, you may sponsor a non-resident but you must be in attendance and will be held responsible for any damages and adhering to the guidelines for use the clubhouse.

USE OF THE CLUBHOUSE  Enjoy the clubhouse facilities for instruction, small social gatherings, pot luck dinners, etc. There is a full kitchen, plus tables and chairs for indoor use that are stored in the adjacent closet. While you have reserved the exclusive use of the clubhouse interior, please remember the pool and tennis court remain open to other residents.

CLEANING  Be responsible and leave the clubhouse as you found it. Please clean the facility, the kitchen, and restrooms by 10:00 pm. Disinfect all interior surfaces, including the restrooms. Also remove the trash and return furniture to storage. And remember to lock the doors when leaving. Mahalo!
