ENJOY THE USE OF OUR SHARED POOL AND TENNIS COURT.
Sunset Drive Community Association POOL RULES
ACCESS. The pool is open for SDCA owners, family, guests and tenants of SDCA homes from 7:00am to dusk seven (7) days a week, except during weekly cleaning. No one is allowed in this area at any other time.
POOL AREA KEYS. For safety and liability, the pool area shall remain locked at all times. It is not permitted to loan keys to anyone not authorized to use the pool. There is a $50.00 replacement charge for lost keys.
THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Any persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Lifesaving equipment is for emergency use only, please.
AGE REQUIREMENTS. Children under the age of fourteen (14) may use the pool when accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) who will be responsible for their conduct, safety and observance of these rules. In addition, one adult present for every three children in attendance. Please no infants or small children not toilet-trained in the pool.
RESTROOMS. There are restrooms for guest use. Use your pool key to access and leave clean.
NO GLASS. Glass or breakable containers are not permitted in or near the pool. Unbreakable containers are permitted.
NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
NO ALCOHOL. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area.
NO PETS. All dogs, cats and other pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
POOL FURNITURE. Lounges, tables and other furniture in the pool that belong to the Association may not be removed from the area. Feel free to rearrange the chairs but return to original setup when you leave for future guest use.
DAMAGES. Owners will be held responsible and financially liable for any damage to pool equipment, furnishings or facilities, whether caused by them, their residents, tenants or guests.

HOURS OF OPERATION. Owners, family, guests and tenants are free to enjoy the tennis court from 8:00A.M. to dusk seven (7) days a week. No one is allowed in this area at any other time. All people using the tennis court do so at their own risk.
LOCKS: Please use your key to access the tennis court and make sure it is locked when leaving.
LIMITATIONS. No more than 6 people allowed on the court at one time. Games are limited to one (1) hour when others are waiting. White-soled shoes only, please, to protect our court!
TENNIS ONLY. Play activities such as roller-skates, skateboards, bicycles and the like are strictly prohibited, as they do permanent damage to the court.
CHILDREN (under 14). Young children may play tennis when accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) who will be responsible for their conduct.
NO LITTERING. Keep the areas around the tennis court clean at all times. Please remove any trash when you leave the court.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Our common area facilities are surrounded by homes.
Please be considerate of your neighbors by avoiding rough play, using profanity,
running, and dangerous, destructive or noisy activities.
Users causing excessive noise may be asked to immediately vacate,
which may result in fines, additional costs and loss of common area privileges,
at the sole discretion of any single or group of SDCA Board of Directors members.
Also please respect the Quiet Hours of the Princeville community:
10:00 pm – 7:00 am everyday!
Reports of excessive noise to Security will result in a $150 fine.
