Sunset Drive Community Association has three governing documents:

• By-Laws, adopted June 19, 1978 and amended in 2003.
• Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants, and Conditions of Sunset Drive Subdivision
• Sunset Drive Charter of Incorporation

These are public documents that are available to all homeowners and prospective buyers.
